Phone Consultation

Chat with a member of A-Z CONSTRUCTION over the phone. We’ll learn more about your project, ensure A-Z CONSTRUCTION is a good fit and discuss your desired budget and investment comfort zone. Then schedule your in-home consultation with the right member of our team.

Step 2
In-Person Meeting

At our first meeting we'll listen to what you like and dislike about your current home, your goals, needs and desires. Next we'll discuss how our process helps to make your home remodeling project a simple and enjoyable experience. We’ll take measurements, draw diagrams and cover any additional questions you may have about our process. Review and execute project development agreement.

Step 3
Proposal Review Meeting

About a week after your in-home consultation we'll present and review the proposal and design we’ve created especially for you, based on your design and construction budget level. We'll also hold a spot for you in the schedule. Depending on how complex your project is we'll prepare a shopping list and have you visit our trusted suppliers, and pick the materials you like. We can also introduce you to our Interior Design Partner, if you need help coordinating your selections.

Step 4
Detailed Design & Budget

We'll present and review the final specifications, materials selected, pricing and preliminary schedule. Once we are all in agreement we'll sign the contract to take us the the next step in our process.

Step 5
Pre-Construction Meeting

It starts with introducing you to the team and answering any question you might have. We want to make sure you’re in the loop every step of the way. We’ll provide you with login credentials to our online portal with Buildertrend where you can login to keep track of the schedule, view progress photos, and submit new requests.

Step 6
Construction In Action

The day you’ve been waiting for is here! We start with protecting your home and following our 4 Phase Construction process to help execute and keep your project on time and budget. We will be updating you on all work be performed using Buildertrend.

Step 7
Wrap Up

Upon job completion, A-Z Construction team carefully reviews the project with you and addresses any issues. We'll walk you through the operations of your new fixtures, features and appliances. Our office will contact you just before 12 months of the warranty period to see how you are enjoying the work we performed for you and see if there is anything we need to adjust or repair.
